Reading back in the ol' bloggy...

...I find my poetry. They're almost a year old to the month, but I thought to repost one that I thought was decent enough.

Oui Par Non

Yeah, they say it's fine
Nay, you disagree
But tell me, in due time
Who's word will you accede?
Hard is it not to see
If it's a truth or lie
When your friend has an eyeful of dust
And you've a log in your eye?
Or is it the other way around?
Only One will ever know
For does it really depend on what you think
Or what others see that shows?

I haven't composed anything for ages save for this one bit of an idea (whilst washing dishes) that I'd totally forgotten by now and which as caused me some disappointment in having done so.
